Principal Justin Broussard
Dear Wilson Elementary Community,
My name is Justin Broussard, and I am incredibly excited and grateful to be the principal at Wilson Elementary. I was previously a Vice Principal at Bret Harte Elementary and John Muir Elementary, so I come to Wilson with elementary administrative experience.
I want to give you an overview of who I am and my approach to your child's education at Wilson Elementary school. I am authentic, approachable, big-hearted, and I deeply care about people. I will work collaboratively with staff and families to make decisions that positively impact our students' learning, and I am excited to build relationships with staff, students, and families.
When staff, students, and families set foot on campus, I want them to feel like they are being heart, supported, and ultimately a part of the Jaguar Family. ALL staff members at Wilson have a role in maximizing our students' academic, social, and emotional growth, and it is my job as leader to provide the tools and support to make it happen.
My goals are to support staff, students, and the Jaguar community, communicate effectively, collaborate and be present, and base my decisions on what is best for our students. My door is always open for questions or concerns.
In closing, I am tremendously grateful for this opportunity, and I want you to know that when you or your child are here on campus, they are part of the Jaguar Family.
