LCAP Advisory Committee
Join our LCAP Advisory Group!
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) describes our plan to increase student achievement. The LCAP Advisory Group provides feedback on our progress toward the goals outlined in our LCAP and advice to the Board of Education regarding annual revisions to the plan. The members selected for this group gather input and observations from fellow parents/guardians and share the information during meetings. Translation will be provided as needed. Click here for more information about the LCAP.
We are looking for applicants who not only represent our ethnic and socioeconomic diversity, but also the wide array of programs and services provided by the district (such as Honors/GATE programs, Special Education, Athletics, Visual and Performing Arts programs and Foster Youth services).
The first meeting, for new members only, is Tuesday, September 15, from 6-8 p.m. in Staff Development Rooms 1 & 2 at 425 Locust Street, across from the district office.
The application is linked below for your convenience. Applications are also available at your child’s school. Submission directions are on the application.
The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, September 8.
